I had the opportunity to live sketch guests at The Pierre in NYC which overlooks the iconic Central Park for 3 hours on September 2, 2017 for client's Raji & Nayan's Wedding! I met Raji at a live sketch event a Fashion Week with Papyrus and Christie's honoring Andy Warhol in the past and was thrilled when she contacted me for artwork on her special day!
The event was planned by the talented Sonal and Ginny of Sonal J. Shah Events which specializes in Indian weddings in New York, Miami and worldwide.

I also teamed up with Lacee Swan, another local artist where we sketched 5X7 mini illustrations throughout the night. I used copic markers mixed with crystals and gold paint to capture the elegant beauty of the gowns and traditional sari. We started off in the Cotillion during cocktail hour before guests made their way to dinner and dancing later on in the night. My lovely intern from Kent State University, Olivia Pickard attended the event with me capture moments of this special day and further assisting me throughout the night!
