I was thrilled to be gifted my favorite of all time Tombow Dual Brush Pens to create this cat sketch. #tombowpro #tombowambassador

I used the shade 847 for accents on her bandana as well as the cat bowl. You can use these on marker paper, watercolor paper or cardstock and it absorbs the colors great. Mono pens in 01 and size 05 were done for the outline. The border I always do in the thicker shade and the eyes, whiskers and mini details I prefer the skinnier line quality. You can even mix the Dual Brush pens with a bit of water for more of a watercolor effect if you feel like switching things up. :)

I was gifted this amazing @tombowusa marker case that I’m absolutely obsessed with! They fit my tombow dual brush pen art markers. I do a ton of live sketching at fashion and beauty events across the USA so this case will definitely get a ton of use. I love that the color is oyster since I tend to gravitate towards lighter shades. If that’s not your thing though, it also comes in black.

I love that it is so easy to clean too! Wipes right off with ease if you happen to get something on it. :)

Side by side of the muse and the illustration, even added the glass of wine! I think adding details like that in an illustration are key, because it can make it POP more.
