Tombow USA X Deanna First sketching for Tiffany's

Tombow Dual brush pens are my go to for my hair, skin-tone, and accents in my live sketch illustrations. This set was gifted by #tombowusa and I take them to every single one of my events across the country! #tombowambassador

I start off with their mono drawing pens in .03 for the outline and then I go in with my .01 for the fine details like facial features and interior line work. They glide so smoothly and are great against the white cardstock that I use. Grey Tombow dual brush pens are great for shadow work. I use then under the feet usually and accents on white clothing to make them pop and a little bit more realistic. #tombowpro #deannafirst

Mindy Kaling X DSW Event Illustrations by Deanna First

Was thrilled to be a part of creating a series of illustrations for Mindy Kaling's recent collaboration with DSW shoes this past month. I was approached to do a series of watercolor sketches of their shoes which were used on place-cards at their dinner and hung throughout the venue.
